Samsung's entry into the 5 megapixel war has finally arrived. The G600 has a compact, fashionable and sleek design that will enable you to leave the digital camera at home. Stylistically it looks like a mix of previous Samsung models but with enough new visual hooks that it still feels fresh.

The camera is obviously the main feature of the phone. Aside from it's 5 megapixel power, the camera comes with auto focus and a power LED flash that helps in bad lighting conditions. Just like a stand alone digital camera you can make setting changes to capture more interesting images and edit them using the G600's built in software. You can then share them at the touch of a button.

The music player in the G600 is also worth highlighting. The handset has a music library which you can use to code and organise your favourite tracks by album or genre. Storage is not an issue thanks to the generous 55MB of internal memory. There is also a microSD card slot, should that prove to be inadequate.

In conclusion the G600 is an interesting addition to the 5 megapixel camera phone family. It will be a tough decision whether to opt for this, an N95 or a K850i. But the sleek form of the G600 may make the choice easier.

The Samsung G600 is a great phone. It looks good, sounds good and takes a great photo (in the day). The camera flash isn't that great so it doesn't take a great photo in the dark!

One word of warning - I've had the phone for a couple of weeks now and still haven't found a way of the alarm going off when the phone is on silent, which isn't good if you leave your phone on silent overnight and want the alarm to wake you up in the morning!

Other than that, it's a great handset!

G600 has the looks but is not the best phone i have ever had. If yout like me and dont really remember to charge your phone each day then your screwed! It last only about a day and a half and when its on its last bar you have about 15 mins till it dies completely. With the dictionary when you add a new word it sometimes will not remember it again when writing another mess so you have to put it in again. even though the camera is a 5 mega pixell i dont think it is as good as the sony ercisson. The plus on the phone is that it is good looking, you can block numbers from ringing and texting and also block messages.

1st time i saw g600 i was mazed, 5mp camara, along with all the other features. wheni got the phone, the camara wasnt sharp, the light kept flickering and twing wasnt great, my phone was faulty, I swapped my phone but agen, after a week it began being faulty, so i am gona take it back to shop.great look but wudnt buy!!!!full stop.
