Those looking for a new mobile phone contract will now be offered a greater choice from 3, which has announced it is re-adding Motorola handsets to its range.

After an 18-month gap, models such as the RAZR2 V9 will be launched within 3, alongside specialist agents training staff on the new phones.

Director of products at 3 Fergal Walker explained: "Motorola's renewed focus on powerful 3G handsets like the RAZR2 V9 means we can welcome them back into 3's growing portfolio."

The RAZR2 V9 is a specially-strengthened mobile phone, with chemically hardened glass and a stainless steel case, as well as a high-speed internal processor.

Recently 3 announced that it was joining with O2 to create the EyeVibe Community, allowing greater access to videos captured on mobile handsets.

Another feature of the community allows mobile phone users to interact and comment on the videos. The service combines the LookAtMe! and SeeMeTV platforms.
