Mobile operator Orange has announced a new partnership with Europe's leading social networking sites.
Orange World now allows customers to stay connected to all their online communities through a single interface on their mobile phones.
MySpace, Facebook, Bebo and Flirtomatic have all signed up with the telecoms company for the service.
The interface will display the most popular functions of multiple social networks side by side. Mobile users will be able to message, upload photos and check status updates without having to browse individual URLs or log in separately.
Olaf Swantee, head of Orange's global mobile operations, said: "Our partnership with MySpace shows that mobile is a seamless extension of the online experience, not an alternative to it."
He added that the company had plans to deliver digital entertainment content across a variety of platforms, including mobile, broadband and television, in the future
According to a recent report by the London School of Economics, just under a quarter (24 per cent) of UK internet users visit social networking sites on mobile phones or smartphones.
