T-Mobile has announced the launch of its latest model: the MDA Touch Plus, which uses touch screen technology.
The mobile features the web'n'walk technology for mobile internet access, as well as an MP3 player and two megapixel digital camera.
It is reported by T-Mobile that the model has "a new slender design with a large touch screen and sliding keyboard" and is "packed with the latest technologies".
Meanwhile, Vodafone and Research in Motion (RIM) have launched the new Blackberry Pearl 8110 smartphone, which features 3D mapping and GPS as standard.
The phone is described as an "essential lifestyle tool" which can be used with a Vodafone sat nav subscription for instant access to maps, traffic alerts and facilities information.
Vice president and managing director of RIM Charmaine Eggberry states: "The BlackBerry Pearl 8110 smartphone is designed for people who want business grade functionality along with advanced multimedia capabilities in a small and stylish package."
