New Vodafone deal for businesses

A new mobile phone package for small and medium businesses has been developed by Vodafone, which it claims will offer two simple data packs depending on business needs.

Vodafone Total Business offers the Standard usage pack, which offers up to 500MB per month, or the High usage deal which goes up to 5GB for the same period.

Enterprise business unit director for Vodafone UK Mark Bond explained: "For some years now there has been perception that mobile email on a handset is the preserve of 'the boardroom'. With Vodafone Total Business we are aiming to put an end to this myth."

As well as dealing with the increasingly popular medium of mobile email, the new plans replace packages such as the Small Business plans to cover voice calls, texts, mobile internet and provision of company mobiles.

Earlier in the year, Vodafone announced it was to sell the Apple iPhone in ten of its global markets, including Australia and Italy.
