If you buy a product through our website we sometimes earn commission. You can find out more on our About page.
We always aim to provide accurate information but if there’s anything we’ve missed then please get in touch and let us know.
We aim to display as many tariffs available on the market as possible, depending on the data available to Mobile Phones. Legacy tariffs are excluded as well as some more granular tariff information such as international out of bundle rates.
We aim to display as many existing customer tariffs as possible, depending on the data available to Mobile Phones. Existing customers should check with their current provider for additional customer tariffs.
We aim to display as many promotional extras with tariffs as possible, depending on the data available to Mobile Phones. Some promotional extras may not be displayed.
Many discounts and promotions on Mobile Phones will be included in the tariff pricing structure. Automatic cashback is included in the average monthly cost, first-year cost and total contract cost calculations. Some promotions such as gift cards and redemption cashback will need to be claimed by the customer after the tariff is purchased, therefore, we do not include these in our pricing structures. The tariff supplier will be able to give full details of how these promotional extras should be claimed.
Tariffs featuring 'unlimited' allowances may be subject to traffic management or fair usage policies. Please see our guide for more information on how this works.
SIM only deals are limited to 30 day or longer, excluding shorter plans and 'Pay as you go' tariffs.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Prices shown are based on the assumption a user will not exceed their inclusive allowance. Costs for additional out-of-allowance usage are provided for information only.
If you choose to pay via a method other than direct debit or you would like itemised or paper billing, you may incur additional charges to those displayed on Mobile Phones.
A supplier may increase the price during your contract, but if this is excessive you should be able to exit without penalty. Ofcom has more information on how to complain about your provider and comparative information on complaints handling.

Our Sony Xperia L3 Review
The Sony Xperia L3 is the perfect phone that won’t put a strain on your wallet, and it is a reliable device with a lag-free CPU, a decent dual camera, and an attractively tall screen that makes for comfortable widescreen viewing.
Sony Xperia L3: Display
An obvious feature that comes to mind is the L3’s tall 18:9 display, so it can easily accommodate widescreen media.
The phone’s brightness leaves some room for improvement, especially on a bright day, but the display’s colour and contrast certainly pop enough. If need be, you can manually adjust the RGB settings to calibrate the screen’s colour temperature.
Sony Xperia L3: Camera
The L3 comprises a dual camera set-up; the main camera is a 13MP lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth sensing f/2.4 lens. The front-facing camera is an 8MP lens that comes with a display flash for selfies.
The lens combination allows people to shoot in ‘Bokeh mode’; this blurs the background to emphasise foreground elements.
Day-time shooting produces detailed photos that aren’t overtaken by noise, and low light photos also come out pretty noise free.
Sony Xperia L3: Design
Weighing in at 156 grams, the L3 is comparably light against other smartphones on the market. Despite the chassis being made almost entirely of plastic, it still retains a polished look (i.e. it doesn’t look cheap).
If you’re not a fan of the plastic backing, then the Gorilla® Glass 5 phone screen and its metal frame distracts from it.
Sony Xperia L3: Performance
The MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 chipset is at the heart of the Xperia L3. For an entry-level chipset, it runs reasonably well in conjunction with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of flash storage; this can be easily upgraded to 512GB with a microSD card.
As for the graphics card, the PowerVR GE8320 chip runs high-spec Android games without a hitch.
The 3,330mAh battery has decent stamina, so a few hours of streaming music, messaging, and about a half hour of video streaming isn’t too taxing on the L3’s battery life.
Sony Xperia L3: Features
The fingerprint sensor is intuitively placed on the middle of right-hand edge of the phone (at least if you’re right-handed), and it works efficiently with little to no delay. It’s used for unlocking the phone, and for authorising contactless card payments via NFC.
The L3 uses a USB-C cable for charging and it also supports Adaptive Fast Charging, although it does not come with a Sony Quick Charger.
How much is the Sony Xperia L3?
An outright purchase of a SIM free handset will only set you back by only £169, and monthly phone plans are just as affordable from as little as £12.99 per month.
Sony Xperia L3: Our Verdict
This phone may not be the picture of envy against other models, but it is an affordable phone that offers you everything that you would need for everyday use. Camera with an adequate amount of megapixels? Check. Big screen for streaming? Check. Battery life that supports aforementioned streaming, and other typical smartphone user habits? Check.
