The Apple iPhone 15 Pro takes a lot of the best elements from the base model and expands upon them, with an improved camera and a newly introduced processor that makes this year's flagship iPhone better than they’ve ever been.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro: Display
Much of the iPhone 15 Pro display is similar to the base iPhone 15 - 6.1-inch OLED True Tune display featuring Super Retina XDR and HDR10.
The only real difference is that where the base iPhone 15 has a 60Hz refresh rate, the Pro has a 120Hz refresh rate which will make a difference.
The Dynamic Island returns, this time featuring across the whole iPhone 15 range rather than just the Pro range like in the case of when it was introduced to the iPhone 14 Pro.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro: Camera
In previous iterations, there wasn’t much difference between the Pro and the Pro Max version of the iPhone. But this year, Apple have decided to leave the very best camera technology for the Pro Max.
The 15 Pro’s camera is still a step up from the base 15, boasting 3x telephoto lens for optical zoom. The 48MP sensor that featured on the 14 Pro has also been improved upon, providing better image processing tech.
As for video, it is capable of capturing 4K@60fps in Apple’s ProRes format, which is a big positive for keen mobile photographers.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro: Design
The iPhone 15 Pro features a refreshed design with a titanium frame, making it lighter and more durable than the stainless steel used on previous iPhones as well as on the iPhone 15/15 Plus.
The hype is also around Apple finally adopting USB-C ports, which will be coming to every product in the company’s range going forward.
The mute switch has also been taken away and replaced with the Dynamic Island mentioned earlier.

Brand new for the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max is the revolutionary A17 Pro Bionic chip. It is an industry first in the way that it is built on the 3nm process - something which has been talked about in the mobile tech industry but has only now been realised in a phone.
This will allow the 15 Pro to be both more powerful and more energy-efficient, providing users with the fastest and best-performing iPhone ever that should in theory last longer too.
Apple iPhone 15 Pro: Features & iOS
The new iOS 17 will be available immediately on the iPhone 15, coming with new features such as; Live Voicemail, which will display a live transcript of a voicemail if you don’t answer; StandBy mode, adding a clock feature when your phone goes into standby; Contact Posters, so you can create a customisable picture for your contacts, and much more.
Apple declared that the iPhone 15 will have an all-day battery life, although they have not stated how big the battery is exactly. The Plus is said to be even better, so you can imagine that on the 15 Pro and Pro Max will be amazing.
There will be four storage sizes for the iPhone 15 Pro: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.

Apple iPhone 15 Pro: Our verdict
The iPhone 15 Pro is a strong phone, although the gap between the Pro version and the base version this year is definitely closer than it has ever been.
The advanced A17 Pro Biochip makes this a very solid phone, but the less-than-impressive camera does take some points away from the phone.
