The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is essentially a larger version of the Pixel 10 Pro, offering the same powerful Tensor G5 performance, AI spectacles, and camera setup but with a bigger screen, larger battery, and notably faster charging.
It’s designed for users who want more screen real estate and endurance without sacrificing flagship smarts.
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: Design
The Pixel 10 Pro XL mirrors the refined aesthetic of the Pixel 10 Pro, with its rounded edges, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on front and back, a matte aluminum frame, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
It weighs 232 g, about 25 g heavier than the Pro, and measures slightly thinner at 8.5 mm vs. 8.6 mm, but maintains a comfortable grip despite the increased dimensions
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: Display
Here’s where the XL shines: its 6.8‑inch LTPO OLED display is noticeably larger than the Pro’s 6.3‑inch panel but retains the same 1‑120 Hz smooth refresh, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and peak brightness of 3,300 nits.
This makes for a more immersive viewing experience without compromising durability.
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: Camera
The camera hardware is identical to the Pixel 10 Pro: a triple rear setup (50 MP wide, 48 MP ultrawide, 48 MP telephoto with 5× optical zoom) and a 42 MP front camera.
Shared imaging features include Pro Res Zoom up to 100×, enhanced low-light performance, and all the Gemini-powered tools like Camera Coach and Magic Cue, all powered by the same Tensor G5 processor.
For video, the rear camera supports 8K at 24/30 fps (Video Boost), 4K at 24/30/60 fps, and 1080p at 24/30/60 fps, with slo-mo up to 240 fps. You also get 10-bit HDR video, Cinematic Blur, Cinematic Pan, Locked/Active/Fused stabilisation, plus 4K and astrophotography timelapse. The front camera records 4K at 30/60 fps.
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: Performance
Under the hood, the Pixel 10 Pro XL packs the same Tensor G5 chip as found in the entire Pixel 10 range, delivering 34% faster CPU performance and 60% better AI capabilities compared to the previous generation.
Its 5,200 mAh battery is larger than the Pro’s 4,870 mAh, and it supports up to 45 W wired charging (about 70% in 30 minutes), as well as up to 25 W Qi2 magnetic wireless charging via PixelSnap accessories.
In contrast, the Pro maxes out at 30 W wired and 15 W wireless. These gains translate to longer real-world usage and faster recharging across the board.
How much is the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL?
Pricing for the Pixel 10 Pro XL starts at around £1,199, positioning it as a premium offering in Google’s lineup. It offers up to 16 GB RAM and configurations ranging to 1 TB storage, similar to the Pro variant; however, it only offers three storage size options, with the 128GB not available on the XL.
You’ll find the same four colour variants available to the XL that are available to the 10 Pro (Moonstone, Jade, Porcelain and Obsidian), and like with the 10 Pro, only Obsidian offers all three storage sizes while Jade only offers 256GB.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: Our Verdict
Think of the Pixel 10 Pro XL as a “better BIG brother” to the Pixel 10 Pro. It delivers the same performance, AI smarts, and camera versatility, but with a larger display, more battery endurance, and substantially faster charging.
If you’re someone who values content consumption, mobile gaming, or multitasking, this is the Pixel to pick.
However, if you prefer a more pocket-friendly build, the standard Pixel 10 Pro retains all the enhancements with a lighter, more compact form.
